Overview

Our most popular work boot – now built in Portland, Ore. We’ve developed a new Vibram Quarry outsole and upgraded the midsole to a single, solid piece for increased longevity. We’ve also updated the collar liner to be instantly comfortable and re-engineered the placement of the triple-stitching to reduce wear and tear over time. Using our universal 610 last, the US-made Quarry has the same fit and feel as its predecessor.

How it Fits

The 610 is our most universal last and can be worn by all foot shapes and sizes. It provides a snug fit through the heel while allowing ample toe room for most versatile fit. This allows more support and side-to-side movement.

Great boot, I've been wearing them for a year so far. They have held up great after being on concrete all day and around welding, grinding, etc.

I got the 6" Quarry with alloy toe for working with landscape rock and cutting firewood. Super sturdy and comfortable right out of the box. Even after two years of hard use they still look great. Feet stay dry in snow, mud, rain, puddles. These are not lightweight. They are made with thick leather amd give excellent protection and support.

Comfortable out of box. Fit is true to size. This is my first pair of Danner Quarrys. Time will tell how they in fact hold up but they are solid and appear to be constructed with top level care and quality.
Well balanced, reassuringly heavy, little tanks. Look nice and normal. Not hillbilly or cheesy looking.
I took my brand new Danners into the local Redwing store to have them apply Tuff Toe! They were nice and professional about the whole thing and did a wonderful job. Also the Danners seemed much better made for the money than any of the Redwings in their dumb little store.
The brown Tuff Toe matches these Danners perfectly and I highly recommend using it if you spend any considerable time working on your knees. Looks like the toes were dipped in chocolate. Apply it yourself or have someone do it for you.
      Thank you Danner.

I have worn these boots for about one year now. I work as a maintenance technician in a factory. I am on my feet all day on concrete. They have held up extremely well; they really show very little wear at all. The leather is thick and stiff, yet they are still comfortable. The outsole is also very durable, but it does get a bit hard and slick on cold Wisconsin days. There is absolutely no comparison between these work boots and other brands that I have tried. They are worth every single penny. I wish they were one hundred percent made in the U.S.A. but being assembled here is at least a step in the right direction.
