How to Get Your Boots Recrafted
Step 1. Danner can only repair boots with stitch-down construction. If your boots have stitching all the way around the perimeter of the boot, proceed on to Step 2. If you are unsure as to whether or not your boot qualifies, please feel free to contact our customer service department.

Step 3. Fill out form and put form, along with boots, in a box. Before you send in your boots, be sure to clean them up a bit to speed up the turnaround time. Also, please remove your laces and any special insoles that you may want to keep.
