Danner Light Beckel Khaki
Located in the Clinton Street neighborhood of Portland, Ore., Beckel Canvas has been building canvas wall tents for 50 years. A name synonymous with craftsmanship, Northwest tradition, rugged durability and perseverance over the elements, it’s no wonder we decided to partner with them to make a limited edition collaboration boot. The Danner x Beckel collection is based off the Danner Light silhouette and features heavy-duty 10 oz Beckel canvas in the quarter panels.
Danner's 650 EE last offers a roomier fit for relaxed comfort while still offering rugged support and stability. This EE is not as wide as others so it offers the most universal fit for casual, everyday wear. We recommend sizing down a half size for the best fit.
Tips for the Perfect Fit
- Measure both feet. If one foot is slightly larger than the other, select a size that fits the larger of the two.
- Consider the type of socks you’ll be wearing with your boot. For thicker socks, you may want to select a half size larger than you normally wear.
- When you do receive your boots, we recommend first wearing them indoors for a few hours to ensure they’re the right fit.
Free Return Shipping
Rest assured that if the boot you receive doesn’t fit correctly, we pay for return shipping back to us. You can order with confidence knowing return shipping is always on us.

Don't be afraid of the EE sizing. I ordered a 1/2 size down as was recommended on the site. I am a female with a somewhat slightly wider foot than a regular women's width. These boots fit very well. I can wear thin socks for a hot day when a loose fit is better. Or I can go with a pretty thick sock on a cold winter day here in Northern CA. I normally wear a womens size 8 I purchased the mens size 6. The fit is pretty spot on.
These boots are my go to kick around boots. They look great with jeans and I will try them with shorts this summer.
The only thing that I have a problem with is the tongue is made in two parts. On one foot the seam hits the top of my foot. That takes away from it being a perfect fit. I just don't lash up the boot too tightly and it works for me.
