Patterned after the USA-made Fort Lewis™, the Fort Lewis™ Light features a rough-out full-grain leather upper to protect the outside of the foot. GORE-TEX® liners provide waterproof, breathable protection. Lace to toe gives better fit and support. Danner’s famous stitchdown construction gives the boot a more stable platform underfoot and superior durability. Features 400G Thinsulate™ Ultra Insulation.

610 Last
The 610 is our most universal last and can be worn by all foot shapes and sizes. It provides a snug fit through the heel while allowing ample toe room for most versatile fit. This allows more support and side-to-side movement.
Tips for the Perfect Fit
- Measure both feet. If one foot is slightly larger than the other, select a size that fits the larger of the two.
- Consider the type of socks you’ll be wearing with your boot. For thicker socks, you may want to select a half size larger than you normally wear.
- When you do receive your boots, we recommend first wearing them indoors for a few hours to ensure they’re the right fit.

I've been using these Boots for the last year or so. Lane Walking at Ft. Drum, NY, Ft. Dix, NJ, Cp. Shelby, MS & Ft. Indiantown Gap, PA. with deploying Platoons and these boots are far and away better than the G.I. issue boot for Cold/Wet weather. In my 27 years Service these are the best boots I've had for winter, and wet use

I bought these boots when I was stationed in Korea about 20 years ago. The government issued boots were cold and not water proof. The Danners kept my feet warm and dry. I have used these boots for camping and hiking since leaving the military and they have been just great. One other thing, I never got blister while wearing these boots; I can't say the same with all the rest of the boots I have worn. I would still be using them execpt my wife bought me a pair of Danner Mountain Lites.

A beautiful warm winter boot, quality shines through feels like they would last a really long time! I've had several Danner boots in the past and 12EE always fit perfect... but these were way to long (boot broke in wrong place when walking and my feet slid back and forth as i walked) and not wide enough (feet hurt from the crunch after only 10 minutes)... and i had to return them. I'm sure if they fit right they'd be worth 5 stars..

Great boot....but not very warm seems like what ever I do I still have cold feet. Seemed to me heat escapes the desert style boot quickly. Also the upper part of the boot is too big for my ankles. But very confortable
