Danner® Marine Hot Steel Toe Military Boots
Made in the USA and U.S.M.C.-certified, the Danner Marine is built to serve. Constructed with rough-out full-grain leather for toughness, and a Vibram® Sierra outsole for comfort. A spacer mesh lining ensures rapid drying and air exchange to mitigate hot weather. The boots lace to the toe for better fit and support, and Danner’s famous stitchdown construction gives a more stable platform and superior durability. The steel toe meets or exceeds ASTM F2413-05 M I/75 C/75 EH standards.

- Rough out, full-grain leather upper offers serious protection and toughness and is designed specifically for hot weather conditions, providing mildew resistance, breathability, and low water absorption
- 1000 Denier nylon upper material is extremely resistant to abrasions, tears, and scuffs, improves breathability, and dries quickly
- Danner's hand crafted stitchdown construction provides a wider platform for increased stability underfoot. This construction makes the boot recraftable in our Portland factory
- Speed lace system for easy on and off
- Vibram® 1276 Sierra Mojave outsole’s specific design and placement of the multi-directional lugs offer maximum traction and stability over various terrains, including wet and cold conditions. The Mojave color matches the color of our Mojave rough-out leather and fabric

- Steel safety toe meets or exceeds ASTM standard F2413-05 M I/75 C/75 EH. Electrical hazard (EH) footwear is manufactured with non-conductive electrical shock resistant soles and heels.
610 Last
The 610 is our most universal last and can be worn by all foot shapes and sizes. It provides a snug fit through the heel while allowing ample toe room for most versatile fit. This allows more support and side-to-side movement.
Tips for the Perfect Fit
- Measure both feet. If one foot is slightly larger than the other, select a size that fits the larger of the two.
- Consider the type of socks you’ll be wearing with your boot. For thicker socks, you may want to select a half size larger than you normally wear.
- When you do receive your boots, we recommend first wearing them indoors for a few hours to ensure they’re the right fit.

I am a Mechanic in Japan and i wear these boots everyday, one of the most comfortable boots i own! they dont hurt my feet even after standing all day and lifting cylinder heads and moving engine blocks. unlike my issued steel toe boots the cap doesn't dig in to my fett and are very flexible.

I'm not in the military but I bought these boots because they are made in the U.S. and have a steel toe (required for work). I've worn steel toe boots for years but I've never put anything on my foot that was as uncomfortable as these. There is virtually no clearance around your toes. I think the problem is that Danner shoved the steel toe cap in there without raising the profile of the boot toe. If you look at these and compare them to the non-steel toe military boots, they look exactly the same. They didn't add any room for the steel toe. I will be returning these. I would give them another try in a half size larger (maybe a full size, they are that tight!) but they don't have the size I need in stock.
