Laces - Black 54"
Putting anything other than Danner Original Equipment Laces on a pair of Danners is like putting after- market parts on a vintage CJ- you just don’t do it. Instead, rely on the quality and craftsmanship that drew you to Danner in the first place and invest in laces that won’t let you down.

Comments about Danner Laces - Black 54":
I use this for patrol 40-50 hours a week for 10 hour shifts. Can't comment on durability, as I just recieved this this morning. They are not the same quality that came with my Danner® APB™ Leather/Fabric Uniform Boots. I was extremely dissapointed at this. The last laces lasted almost a year, and by the feel of these I will be surprised if they last three months. First time I have been dissapointed by a Danner product.
Side note - These work for these boots, but barely. I recommend longer laces.
One last point: I did not return these upon arrival as I needed new laces and my old ones were limping along.

Cons
- Flimsy tips won't thread

Comments about Danner Laces - Black 54":
I just bought Danner boot laces and discover how inferior the tips were. They are so flimsy that I had to reinforce them with cellophane tape in order to thread them through the eyelets of my hiking shoes. I compared them to the original laces of my hiking boots and they were significantly less study and stiff. I expected better quality from Danner.
